Product Lead

We have deployed this technology with clients in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors.

We are seeking a Product Lead to join our Toronto team. This position is primarily responsible for:

  • Scheduling and facilitating key Agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, retrospectives and planning
  • Collaborating closely with our team to set the short-and long-term vision and strategy for our software platform, Augusta
  • Engaging all stakeholders, both internal and external, in product roadmapping
  • Collecting feedback from users and translating findings into product development
  • Setting timelines and priorities for feature implementation
  • Aiding in the design and rollout of our UI

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or scientific field required
  • Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and practices
  • Understanding of Data Science as a discipline
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience of stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with biomedical data (e.g. medical images, genome sequences, EMR data) a plus
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design a plus
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
