MOA Miner Publication Case Study

Our Elion platform and MOA Miner AI-driven analysis expedited target deconvolution by identifying HDAC inhibition as the mechanism of action for novel hits for LAM (a rare lung disease). This project was a collaboration with William Stanford at University of Ottawa and Molly Shoichet at University of Toronto, and included a novel phenotypic drug screen and follow-up work to validate HDAC as a therapeutic target.
