She holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Emory University and has worked with biotech, MedTech, and pharmaceutical organizations through roles at Bain & Company, Emory University, and her independent consulting practice. Aysha has led strategic initiatives in oncology, immunology, and cell and gene therapy, shaping commercialization plans, competitive intelligence, and market development strategies for emerging therapeutics. She has partnered closely with hospital systems, academic centers, CROs, and biopharma stakeholders to identify unmet needs and support partnership development. She combines deep scientific training with strong analytical and business expertise, supported by 10+ peer-reviewed publications and extensive experience translating complex science into actionable strategy and BD outcomes.
