BioSymetrics

Connect molecular safety with biological evidence.

BioSymetrics brings machine learning, toxicology data, and zebrafish phenotypic screening together to support chemical threat assessment and countermeasure development.

Connect risk predictions to biological effects.

Assessing potential threats means understanding how predicted risk relates to biological effects. We connect molecular, toxicological, and phenotypic evidence to help partners evaluate potential effects and decide what to examine next.

Build prevention, assessment, and response into one program.

Sentinel™ safeguards

Our Sentinel™ safeguard screens molecular outputs inside scientific AI workflows to identify potential hazards in novel structures. It uses molecular representations alongside biological, toxicological, and phenotypic information to look for risk signals beyond known keywords.

Chemical threat assessment

We combine machine learning predictions about mechanism of action with zebrafish phenotypic screening to characterize neuroactive and neurotoxic compounds. These readouts help us understand their biological effects and prioritize compounds for further assessment.

Pathfinder consortium

We participate in Pathfinder, a national consortium of academic and industry partners intended to connect chemical threat characterization with countermeasure development and preparedness planning. The consortium brings research, defence, and biotechnology resources into a shared development workflow.

A multi-year, revenue-generating commitment.

BioSymetrics’ chemical threat assessment work is part of a revenue-generating, multi-year defence collaboration, giving the program commercial support and continuity over time.
