BioSymetrics

Let's build the next step together.

BioSymetrics connects partner data, patient cohorts, biomarkers, and experimental models with phenomics-led analysis to investigate disease biology and guide the next research decision.

Each model starts with a different partner asset.

We shape each collaboration around the research question and the evidence and expertise each partner can contribute.

Data analysis partnerships

We integrate a partner’s clinical and molecular data to find biological patterns linked to patient outcomes and identify candidate biomarkers or subgroups for further study.

In a multi-institutional Duchenne muscular dystrophy study, we led the integration of clinical and proteomic data across more than 700 longitudinal serum samples. The resulting peer-reviewed study reported serum proteins associated with motor performance and disease progression.

Cohort development partnerships

We work with patient advocacy partners, patient registries, and data infrastructure partners to bring patient engagement and rare-disease data together. We standardize the data and identify subgroups to support cohort development for clinical research.

Our proposed collaboration with Geneial is designed to bring together its patient engagement and data infrastructure with our data standardization, subgrouping, and translational analysis. Together, we plan to integrate rare-disease data, identify patient subgroups, and develop cohorts for pharmaceutical and biotech research.

Biomarker development partnerships

Our partners contribute proprietary biomarkers and patient-specific information, which we combine with our analytics to support panel development for identifying early disease signals and monitoring progression.

Working with Moleculera Biosciences, we will contribute our Augusta™ platform and analytics, while Moleculera Biosciences will contribute neuroinflammatory biomarkers and patient-specific data, including personal and family history. The collaboration aims to develop an Alzheimer’s Early Intervention Inflammatory Biomarker panel.

Discovery and experimental validation

We pair computationally prioritized subtypes, targets, or mechanisms with experimental models to test biological hypotheses and generate evidence for the next research or development decision.

With BrainStorm Therapeutics, we plan to align clinically defined Parkinson’s subtypes with biological mechanisms, then test selected biomarkers and targets in patient-derived human midbrain organoids and complementary in vivo systems. This work combines our computational discovery and zebrafish screening with BrainStorm’s organoid models.

Join us in moving from your question to testable biology.

If you’re exploring a disease question, we’d be glad to hear about the patient data, cohort, biomarker, or model you’re working with. Together, we can connect clinical and molecular patterns, identify hypotheses to investigate, and define the next step.
